Job summary

JMK Developers in Graham, NC is seeking an experienced construction foreman to lead on-site tasks, read blueprints, and keep the total site schedule on track.

You will coordinate material deliveries, manage foremen, collaborate with the project manager, and ensure cost tracking while maintaining safety and quality on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience of 4+ years required in field construction or similar
• Read and comprehend blueprints to direct foremans and crews
• Proficient with AutoCAD, GPS and Excel for planning and execution
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities on active job sites
• Ability to coordinate material deliveries and manage foremen on site
• Experience with maintaining the total site schedule and project timelines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries to the job site
• Direct and manage foremen and crews on daily tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints for task direction
• Maintain the total site schedule and progress tracking
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on planning and execution
• Assist with cost tracking and resource planning
• Operate and coordinate equipment moves as needed
