Job summary

Build Partners USA LLC in Jupiter, FL is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects from inception to completion. You’ll oversee large-scale residences, waterfront estates, and remodels, coordinating trades, schedules, safety, and quality to deliver exceptional finishes on time and on budget.

The role requires a track record in luxury construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage projects valued at several million dollars.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in luxury custom home construction.
• Evidence of long-term commitment with a custom home builder.
• Florida custom home building experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing custom home builds or remodels from inception to completion, with values of $5m or above.

Responsibilities

Requirements
