Jobot, a premier luxury home builder in South Florida, seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury residential construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of estimating and materials management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and materials management.
• Proficient in site and subcontractor management.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety.

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from pre-construction to project completion.
• Ensure all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out to specifications and within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects are compliant.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Effectively communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Develop and maintain schedules, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Oversee materials management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of all necessary supplies.
• Provide construction estimating services, accurately forecasting project costs and timelines.

• Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
