Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a skilled construction manager for on-site management in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role includes supervising construction efforts, ensuring compliance with design and budget, and coordinating onsite functions. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in Heavy Civil Earthwork construction management.
This position requires excellent communication and supervisory skills, as well as a willingness to travel. A pre-employment physical examination is mandatory.
Provide overall on-site management on construction project site.
Manage 1 to 5 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 1 to 7 employees in the field operations.
Overall knowledge and experience in site work construction such as earthmoving, dewatering, underground utility construction, road, and parking lot construction & surveying. Willingness to travel out of town or state.
Minimum of four years Heavy Civil Earthwork construction management and/or craft supervision experience. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction, cost control schedules and safety required. Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essential.
