Job summary

Novo Construction Inc. is seeking a professional Superintendent to join our Dallas project team. You will work at the project site, collaborating with the Site Project Management group to oversee safety, field operations, and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have commercial GC superintendent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with tools like Plangrid. OSHA 30 certification is preferred and on-site work is required in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Has qualified and relevant experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor for a few years.
• Completion of OSHA 30 is desired (willing to assist with certification if hired).
• Able to operate in a fast paced working environment with minimal direction from Senior Management.
• Able to effectively email, build schedules, read drawings & use platforms such as Plangrid.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

NOVO Construction, Inc., a General Contractor is seeking a professional individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work as a Superintendent in Dallas, TX.

The Superintendent will be based at the project site working directly with the Site Project Management team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take part in precon
• Responsible for safety

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Familiarity with construction process and technology required to build in this day and age
• Strong communication skills onsite and with client/architect/landlord
• Loves to build stuff
• Experience in interior tenant improvements or ground up

Education/Experience/Qualifications
