Job summary

MMG in Denver is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for multifamily construction projects. The role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive, with responsibility for coordinating subcontractors and guiding the team to meet safety and schedule targets.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills, with experience in multifamily or podium/wrap projects being a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Multifamily construction experience preferred but not required
• Podium and Wrap Project experience a plus
