Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer.
• Commercial or residential construction experience.
• Management experience.
• Mechanical and plumbing background.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety walks and inspect for violations or stormwater issues
• Upload photos and project updates into Procore
• Attend weekly project meetings and provide updates
• Participate in owner and stakeholder meetings
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and site logistics
• Occasionally oversee labor crews on-site

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent for an expansion construction project in Chattanooga, TN. This individual will support daily jobsite operations, conduct safety walks, maintain daily logs, document progress in Procore, and participate in project, owner, and stakeholder meetings. They will also assist with subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and occasional labor oversight. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer, along with experience on commercial or residential projects and basic Excel proficiency.

Must-Haves

• 3-5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer
• Commercial or residential construction experience
• Management Experience
• Mechanical and plumbing background

Nice to Have

• Construction-related degree
• Framing or millwork experience
• Experience unloading and managing jobsite deliveries
