We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects for a Chattanooga, TN-based general contractor. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards and coordinating multiple trades.

Base pay range

$122,000.00/yr - $131,000.00/yr

Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and budget.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation for project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site.
