Job summary

MMG is seeking a Superintendent in Charleston, SC to oversee multifamily construction projects. You will interact with subcontractors, coordinate with the Project Manager on contract administration, and provide direction to the project team to ensure safety, timeliness, and on-site efficiency.

The ideal candidate has multifamily construction experience, podium and wrap familiarity, strong prioritization, and excellent communication skills to lead field operations and maintain project standards.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Podium & Wrap experience highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

MMG is working with a National Multifamily Developer/General Contractor currently seeking a Superintendent. This position will report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
