Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Superintendent for Brookfield, CT, to lead on-site construction activities on high-profile facilities across pharma, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, and cleanroom environments.

You will manage field staff, coordinate schedules, ensure safety, and maintain quality across projects from Ground-up to fit-outs, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Sage, or similar software.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $160000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
