Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage, and oversee rehabilitation and turn projects for vacant homes within a designated portfolio. You will direct both in-house technicians and external vendors, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with company standards.

A company van is provided and a valid driver's license is required. You will mentor team members, report progress to senior management, and participate in weekly status meetings, maintaining detailed records and driving

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work.
  • Oversee in-house technicians and external vendors to ensure quality and timelines.
  • Maintain current records of all rehab and turn projects.
  • Report progress and issues to Senior Supervisor and participate in weekly status meetings.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports and uphold company standards.

Our development programs are also delivering thousands of new rental homes and apartments as part of our commitment to help solve the housing supply shortage.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing project plans and schedules for all vacant homes within a designated portfolio. This role involves overseeing both in-house technicians and external vendors, resolving project issues, and ensuring quality control for all rehabilitation and turn projects. The Superintendent reports progress and issues to senior management, mentors team members, and ensures that all projects meet company standards.This position is provided a van that goes home with the employee nightly. Valid drivers license required!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
