Job summary

Tricon Residential in Atlanta, GA seeks a Superintendent to create and manage project plans for rehabilitation and turn projects on vacant homes within a designated portfolio. You will coordinate in-house technicians and external vendors, ensure quality, and report progress to senior management.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A company van is provided and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage project plans and schedules for rehab/turns.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes in the designated portfolio.
• Direct and oversee in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Maintain records of rehabilitation and turn projects and report progress to senior management.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure timely close-out of projects.

This role involves overseeing both in-house technicians and external vendors, resolving project issues, and ensuring quality control for all rehabilitation and turn projects. The Superintendent reports progress and issues to senior management, mentors team members, and ensures that all projects meet company standards.This position is provided a van that goes home with the employee nightly. Valid drivers license required!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
