Insight Global seeks a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a large-scale data center project in Abilene, TX. This 80% boots-on-the-ground role oversees headcount, field reports, and issue resolution while coordinating with foremen and AFL project managers.

The successful candidate will serve as the face of CCC in site meetings and client communications, demonstrating strong leadership, bilingual communication, and relentless attention to safety and schedule adherence.

Formación

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years leading large field teams.
• Wiring experience required (structured cabling or low voltage preferred; electrical background accepted).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual required.
• Willing to work 60–64 hours/week with rotating night shifts.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

The Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations on a large-scale data center project, working closely with foremen and AFL project managers. This is an 80% boots-on-the-ground role responsible for running the project, managing headcount, reviewing daily reports, and resolving both personnel and project-related issues. The Superintendent will act as the face of CCC in site meetings and client communications.
