Superba Food + Bread in Venice, CA is seeking a friendly, seasoned Server to join our chef-driven team. The ideal candidate is hospitable, positive, and guest-focused.

This role offers competitive wages ($35-$40/hour incl tips), medical/dental/vision/Life insurance, 401(k) for full-time staff, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth within our growing restaurant group. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a server in a chef-driven, full-service restaurant.

• Address problems quickly and turn tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Familiar with Toast POS, OpenTable, HotSchedules.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef driven and full-service restaurant
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
