Superba Food + Bread is seeking experienced baristas for a busy Pasadena location. The role focuses on crafting beverages, delivering friendly service, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine; latte art experience a huge plus.
• Commitment to creating an amazing guest experience and hospitality.
• Adherence to standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and keep positive outcomes.
• Familiarity with Toast POS OpenTable and HotSchedules.
• Flexible schedule with open availability.
