Qualifikationen

• At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette.
• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules).
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability.

• Greet guests and manage seating to optimize flow and guest experience.
• Follow steps of service, phone etiquette, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate reservations and walk-ins to maximize table turnover.
