Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 40 pounds.
• At least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• County required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers plates from the kitchen in a timely manner and ensures guests have what they need.
• Garnishes plates according to Snooze HOH standards.
• Maintains stock at stations to ensure smooth service.
• Follows plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Handles, stores and rotates products properly.
• Closes opening/closing checklists for kitchen stations.
