Responsibilities

• Set-up and breakdown continental breakfast items.
• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive.
• Bus and clean tables.
• Straighten chairs and arrange furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area.
• Restock drink and food items and supplies.
• Make fresh coffee as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Thank guests as they depart.
• Close and reset breakfast area per standards and health codes.
• Clean equipment and store properly.
• Receive supplies, date and rotate stock; record inventory.
• Follow health department codes and hotel procedures.
• Assist with cleaning of other hotel areas and laundry room.
• Respond to guest needs and complaints.
• Smile and greet guests at front desk and public areas.
