Job summary

La Vida Hospitality Group is hiring for a Breakfast Food Truck Team position at the Indian River Inlet, Bethany Beach, DE. You will prep, cook, and serve SoCal-inspired breakfast items from Taco Reho on a fast-paced truck, greeting guests with hospitality and keeping the operation smooth during morning rushes.

Requires 1–2 years in kitchen or food service, and ability to work early mornings, weekends, outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

1–2 years of kitchen or food service experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to work early morning shifts (including weekends).
Hospitality-driven with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Able to work quickly in a small, fast-paced space.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to go early.
Strong communication skills and team-first mindset.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Work onboard our Taco Reho food truck at Big Chill Beach Club (Indian River Inlet, Bethany Beach).
Prep, cook, and serve breakfast items like burritos, tacos, and SoCal-inspired favorites.
Greet guests with Taco Reho hospitality—before coffee kicks in.
Take orders, handle transactions, and serve food quickly and accurately.
Keep the truck stocked, organized, and running smoothly during morning rushes.
Assist with daily prep and setup to start each day strong.
