Job summary

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Downtown/Convention Center is seeking a Complimentary AM Attendant to greet guests, prep breakfast items and beverages, and keep the dining area clean and stocked for a smooth breakfast service. You’ll handle guest inquiries, support team members, and help create a positive morning experience for travelers.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hotel breakfast setting, with a willingness to lift 20–50 lbs and

Qualifications

• Warmly greet guests and share local tips to enhance their stay.
• Prepare and provide breakfast items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked service areas and refresh buffet stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with calm, confident service.
• Collaborate with team across shifts and assist with dishwashing, restocking, and tidying.
• Stay energized on your feet, lift and carry items (20–50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Prepare breakfast items and beverages while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas and buffet stations clean, stocked, and organized.
