Qualifications

• Experience with Clinisys Sunquest LIS Applications Support.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations and client relationships.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME for application workflows and configurations.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per SLAs.
• Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders, aligning system capabilities with business needs.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
• Ensure HIPAA, data governance, and security policies are followed.
• Participate in regular team meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and resources.
• Support the teams working on other applications.
