Milams Markets Sunny Isles Beach is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join a fast-paced retail team. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, organized, and ready for customers while providing friendly, helpful service on the sales floor.

This role involves stocking and rotating products, maintaining planograms, unloading deliveries, and keeping the backroom and sales floor clean. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work in a team are valued, with opportunities to grow

Qualifikationen

• Must be dependable and hardworking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move products.

• Retail or grocery experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain shelf organization and planograms.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Clean and maintain sales floor and backroom areas.
• Operate backroom equipment safely (pallet jack, baler, etc.).
• Assist other departments as needed.
