Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Utah is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll assist clients with tanning services and skincare product discounts, meet daily sales goals, and enjoy a flexible, commission‑driven environment.

This full‑time role includes health insurance, paid vacation, incentives and bonuses, and a very competitive hourly rate with opportunities for unlimited commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on tanning rules and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Handles cash, opens/closes the business.
• Performs daily administrative paperwork and tracks goals.
