Palm Beach Tan Utah is looking for outgoing, energetic sales people to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. Our team thrives in a commission-driven environment, with flexible schedules and generous benefits including health insurance and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily
• Must lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and track progress daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and opening/closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
