Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Utah is seeking outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused sales associates to join our team. You will represent our brand, deliver exceptional service to clients, and help them choose tanning packages and skincare products that fit their needs.

Training and development are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. We offer a very competitive hourly rate, with unlimited commission opportunities, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing duties.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
