Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and ensure visual standards are maintained.
• Problem‑solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage VIP clientele with high‑touch service and retention efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment and act as an informed ambassador of the brand.
