Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers on stocking needs, and maintaining visual standards.
• Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele and ensure VIP retention.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct.
