Role Overview

The Store Manager is a leader on the floor, performing all store functions while guiding and inspiring the team. They coach, develop, and act as a role model to ensure delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to meet sales and company objectives.
2. Drive sales by identifying opportunities for growth.
3. Lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the team.
4. Foster a development-focused environment to grow careers and encourage teamwork.
5. Recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools.
6. Develop individual growth plans for team members.
7. Create an inspiring work environment that reflects brand integrity.
8. Build emotional connections within the team to enhance sales and service delivery.
9. Coach and develop the team for consistent execution of brand standards.
10. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
11. Act as an ambassador for the brand.
12. Stay knowledgeable about products and fashion trends.
13. Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed and standards maintained.
14. Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives effectively to the team.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Expertise in store operations
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience

Pay Range: $22.38 - $34.34. Compensation includes potential bonuses and benefits such as health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts.
