• Attend trainings related to classroom management.
• Communicate with pastors and elders about curriculum or classroom needs.
• Be present for non-Sunday Cultivate pillar events.

New Mercy Community Church Hackensack has been in existence for 15 years. Our vision is; Church for the Broken...Called to Restoration. We have a round table model of leadership that allows a true communal expression of service. Currently we have about 250 Adults and 150 children and youth.

• Be present for non-Sunday Cultivate pillar events

Accountability and Support

• Work together with the Pastoral team
• Elder/Pastor oversight
• Year end review with Session
