Latino Network is seeking a SUN Extended Day Instructor to provide after-school academic and enrichment classes under the supervision of the SUN Site Manager. This part-time, temporary role involves guiding groups of 10-15 students aged 6-14 in Chavez K-8, Scott K-5, Kelly K-5, Kellogg Middle, with a focus on creating a safe and engaging learning environment.

Reports To: SUN Community School Site Manager
Classification: Part-time, Non-Exempt,Temporary
Compensation: $16.50-19.00/hr; Depending on skills and experience
Location: PPS: Chavez K-8, Scott K-5, Kelly K-5, Kellogg Middle
RSD: Hartley K-5, Wilkes K-5, Woodland K-5,

As part of a dedicated team working toward a shared vision, the SUN Extended Day Instructor is charged with supporting the SUN Community School Site Manager. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position with the capacity to impact the education and wellbeing of hundreds of young Latino children and their families each year. The Extended Day Instructor will work with the SUN Site Manager and Extended Day Coordinator to provide opportunities for academic and enrichment after-school classes.

Successful completion of initial and ongoing employment screens, including but not limited to criminal background and vehicle record as required.
