Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor is seeking staff to support summer youth programming focused on literacy, math, and social-emotional learning. This Clinton Prairie site role involves engaging with elementary-age members and families in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning activities, ensuring safety, and collaborating with staff and volunteers. The role requires a positive, professional demeanor and a commitment to youth development.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with youth including recreation, coaching, tutoring or teaching preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement Club curriculum, programs and activity schedules.
• Sustain presence on site during all hours of operation.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment and foster youth development.
• Interact professionally with families, volunteers and school officials.
• Participate in staff trainings, meetings and planning sessions.
