Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, health sciences, data analytics, or related field.
• Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in healthcare consulting and internship areas such as value-based care and healthcare analytics.
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to organize information and work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a client-service environment.
• Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint for analysis/presentations; experience with data visualization or EHR is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support value-based healthcare projects by gathering information, documenting current-state processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, access, quality, and experience.
• Assist ambulatory operations projects including workflow assessment, capacity and access analysis, performance measurement, and process redesign.
• Contribute to value-based care initiatives by researching care delivery and payment models and supporting analyses related to quality, cost, utilization, and coordination.
• Support clinically integrated network and network strategy work by researching market trends and assisting with analyses of clinical integration and growth opportunities.
• Use data from client and market sources to identify trends and operational insights with guidance from project leaders.
