Job summary

Rainbow Treecare, a division of Rainbow Companies, seeks a Summer Tree Care Intern to help control pests and improve tree health in the Twin Cities area. This full-time, seasonal role is based out of Minnetonka, Little Canada, or Burnsville and supports your college schedule during 2027 summer.

Training and career development are provided. You will mix/apply treatments per standards, monitor uptake, and electronically document each treated tree while engaging with homeowners professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safe driving.
• Ability to work full days outdoors with possible overtime in all terrain and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply our products according to company, state, and federal standards.
• Apply treatment, monitoring to ensure proper intake.
• Electronically record treated trees.
• Communicate with homeowners in a positive, professional manner.
