Job summary

Rainbow Treecare, a division of Rainbow Companies, is hiring for a Summer Tree Care Technician in Minnetonka, Little Canada, or Burnsville for the 2027 summer season. This full-time summer role offers overtime and shoulder-to-shoulder training to support our 100% employee-owned local company.

You will mix and apply products, monitor treatments, electronically record treated trees, and communicate professionally with homeowners. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safe driving.
• Ability to work full days outdoors with possible overtime in all terrain and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply our products according to company, state, and federal standards.
• Apply treatment and monitor to ensure proper intake.
• Electronically record treated trees.
• Communicate with homeowners in a positive, professional manner.
