Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking Transportation Planning interns for Summer 2027 in our Austin and San Antonio, TX offices. The program is designed for students enrolled in related undergraduate or graduate programs, with opportunities to assist project teams and gain hands-on experience in planning and graphics development.

These internships are typically part-time, temporary, or co-op, with supervision and a focus on developing research, data collection, and reporting materials.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
• Previous internship or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assists project team members with various support tasks.
• Conducts basic research and data collection.
• Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
• Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
• Performs other duties assigned.
