AbbVie Bioresearch Center in Worcester, MA is offering a paid 11-week Technical Development Program Internship for undergraduates. You will participate in meaningful assignments that impact our business and patients worldwide.

The program develops leadership, problem solving, and collaboration skills through rotations in manufacturing and supply chain while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program in engineering and graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled for internship in the semester following.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, 11-week summer internship with meaningful assignments impacting AbbVie’s business and patients.
• Engage in projects such as product and process optimization and quality systems data analysis.
