Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; effective communication is essential.
• Attitude to be an active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (Contract Documents).
• Participate in engineering design and analysis within your knowledge and coursework.
• Help produce structural models and drawings using Revit BIM software.
• Visit projects under construction to observe building processes and inspections.
• Review fabrication drawings for conformance to design drawings and specs.
• All work performed under the supervision of a licensed structural engineer.
