L.E.K. Consulting offers a 2027 U.S. Summer Consultant internship across Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. First-year MBA students graduating in 2028 with a passion for solving tough business problems can join as Summer Consultants.

The program starts with a week of off-site training, followed by about eight weeks of real casework in your home office. Staffing on 1–2 projects with a hybrid work model and strong mentorship awaits.

Responsibilities

• Break down and outline the client’s key strategic issues
• Design and supervise the team’s core research tasks and analyses day-to-day
• Develop presentations and other deliverable structure
• Participate in communicating project conclusions to client senior management
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior staff
