Mount Hermon Association Incorporated is seeking an Audio Visual Technician/Trading Post Operator for Redwood Camp. You will provide AV support for events, manage equipment, and assist at the trading post during hours, while modeling Christian values.

This ministerial role requires responsibility, patience, and the ability to teach with clarity. Candidates should have a High School diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, and a heart for youth ministries.

Qualifications

• Able to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the AV needs for Victory Circle and the various RWC events throughout the day.
• Inventory and care for all sound and video equipment; set up and tear down as needed.
• Setting up and running music during different activities throughout the day.
• Work at the trading post during operating hours.
• Assisting in other areas of camp when AV responsibilities are completed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Position Objective:The Redwood Camp (“RWC”) Audio Visual Technician/Trading Post Operator is responsible to provide all audio visual needs around camp, as well as working at the trading post during operating hours, and helping at other camp activities. Doing all this in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.General Qualifications:The Redwood Camp (“RWC”) Audio Visual Technician/Trading Post Operator is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming MHA’s Christian mission, vision, beliefs, culture code and standards of conduct. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs and retreats.
