Job summary

Manhattan Edit Workshop is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 in Omaha, NE. The role involves helping the Software team enhance our in-house application and deliver features that impact customers and business objectives, with hands-on code and collaborative mentorship.

You will work with engineers and designers to ship features, gain exposure to modern software development practices, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development in a collaborative startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers and designers to build product features into our app.
• Have autonomy and support to ship code to production regularly and frequently.
• Be mentored to grow your depth of knowledge of software engineering practices including the latest AI-assisted development practices.
• Have access to the latest AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.
