Job summary

Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX seeks a Summer Finance Intern to join the Time to Shine Internship Program. This paid, hands-on role provides real-world exposure to FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships.

You will work on finance projects, receive mentorship, present a capstone to leadership, and collaborate with teams across Brand & Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions during the 10-week Summer 2027 program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Available to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX.
• Must be 18+ by start date.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with financial tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance team initiatives through meaningful project work that contributes directly to business decisions.
• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Learn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organization.
• Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development.
• Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on finance and business fundamentals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program.
• Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a strong analytical mindset to team projects.
