Job summary

Connections Education LLC. is hiring Temporary Math & ELA Summer School Teachers for Georgia Connections Academy. This part-time hybrid role focuses on providing summer academic support to students from grades 3-5, aiming to build confidence and foundational skills.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a valid Georgia Teaching Certificate. Teachers will work from June 2 to July 17, receiving $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring K–12 math or ELA students in virtual/in-person settings.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide small-group math and/or ELA sessions in a virtual environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Maintain attendance and progress records.

Education
