Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking rising seniors for its Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship in Bucks County. The full-time internship runs 35-40 hours per week with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, and targets graduating by May 2028.

As an intern, you’ll join a team-based environment, learn how to run a fleet operations, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. This paid program offers real-world business and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on specified dates and work through the internship period.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service/leadership/sports leadership & competition.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
