Evo’s summer internship is designed to close the gap between classroom learning and real-world sales. In Florida, you will learn to start conversations, handle rejection, and confidently ask for a decision in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include conducting outside sales to homeowners, presenting options, and owning the full sales cycle with daily coaching and team competitions throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• No experience required; open to all.
• Bachelor’s degree not required for internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to household needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting or shadowing.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
