Job summary

Evo’s summer internship in Berkeley, CA is designed to close the gap between classroom learning and real sales. You’ll learn to begin conversations with strangers, handle rejection gracefully, and ask for a decision, all by directly engaging homeowners in person.

From May 7 to August 11, 2027, you’ll receive coaching and skills training, relocation assistance, and an iPad with all sales tools to support your work.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in sales, communication, and personal development.
• Ability to handle rejection.
• Growth mindset.
• Coachable.
• No experience required; not necessary to be enrolled in college or be of college age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
