Job summary

Evo offers a summer internship focusing on hands-on sales training in a face-to-face home outreach environment. You’ll learn to open conversations, handle rejection, and close decisions with guidance from a full-time sales trainer. Relocation assistance and all sales tools are provided, including an iPad.

Seasonal internship runs May 7 – August 11, 2027, with in-season coaching, team competitions, and performance incentives designed to accelerate growth for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
