Victaulic offers a 10-week summer internship in sales, with the first two weeks at our Easton, PA headquarters to learn products, markets and selling strategies, followed by eight weeks in the field within a assigned geography. Interns gain hands-on site experience, mentoring from a Regional Sales Manager and a top-performing rep, and exposure to contractors, engineers and distributors.

After graduation, there is a path to full-time employment within the team and region.

Qualifications

• College students entering their final year.
• Strong interest in sales and the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
