Victaulic invites college students to join a 10-week summer internship program designed to immerse you in construction sales. The first two weeks are at Victaulic’s Easton, PA headquarters, with hands-on product assembly and market learning. The remaining eight weeks place you in the field across designated geographies, under seasoned mentors.

You’ll gain practical exposure to contractors, engineers, and distribution partners, with a clear path to full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Final-year college students in relevant majors.
• Strong interest in sales and the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a sales environment.
