Job summary

Evo is seeking an intern for a seasonal Summer Sales Internship in California. You will engage homeowners face-to-face, present options, and manage the entire sales cycle with coaching and training throughout the program.

The internship runs May 7 – August 11, 2027, in person. Relocation assistance and equipment including an iPad and sales tools are provided, with monthly pay ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.

• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
