Job summary

Evo is offering a summer internship in California for hands-on sales experience. You will conduct direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners, present service options, and own the sales cycle from outreach to close.

No experience is required; relocation assistance is included. You’ll receive daily coaching from a full-time sales trainer, equipment provided (including an iPad), and participate in team competitions and incentives. Program runs May 7 – August 11, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.

• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
